1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Aniv AI ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Aniv AI website and services. By accessing the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

User Generated Content: You retain all ownership rights to the scripts, storyboards, images, videos and other outputs you generate using our AI tools, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service and applicable law. You must have the necessary rights to any material you upload, such as scripts, reference images, video or audio. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You may not use the Site to create or distribute content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others, or resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Site or the Service itself without our written approval; this does not limit your commercial use of the outputs you generate as described in Section 2. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us is prohibited.

5. File Storage and Retention

Free accounts: If your account has never made a payment, images and videos you upload or generate are stored for 30 days from the date each file is created. After that they are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. Deletion runs periodically, so a file may remain available for some time after the 30 days have passed.

Paid accounts: Once your account has made any payment — a one-time credit pack or a subscription — your images and videos are stored permanently and are not deleted automatically. This continues after your subscription expires or is canceled. The only exception is an account terminated under Section 6. Files deleted before your first payment cannot be restored.

This policy only removes stored image and video files. Your series, scripts, storyboards, generation history and other account records are kept. We recommend downloading any files you want to keep.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
